BACKGROUND

Nocturne Cosmetics was created by Scarlett, who has been a qualified makeup artist since 2018. After working for other makeup artists and eventually starting her own business as a makeup artist, she decided to take a break in 2022. After much planning and deliberation Nocturne Cosmetics was created to go in a different direction to the norm, while still being a part of the makeup world. Here's to the future.
